Our bread knives are handcrafted one at a time from locally sourced Wisconsin hardwoods, built with a simple goal in mind — make a tool that actually feels right to use.

After using a lot of bread knives that never quite felt natural, we designed our own with a centered handle, keeping the blade aligned with your grip for better control and a smoother cut.

Available in Ash, Black Walnut, Cherry, Maple, and White Oak.
