Each one is handcrafted from locally sourced Wisconsin hardwood, shaped and finished one at a time. No shortcuts, no mass production — just a simple tool made the right way.

Built From Experience

I spent a lot of time using different bread knives, and one thing always bothered me — the handle never lined up with the blade.

Most of them are offset just enough to put your wrist at an awkward angle while cutting. It works… but it never felt right.

So I started making my own.

These are built with a centered handle design, where the blade lines up directly with your grip. It keeps your wrist in a more natural position, gives you better control, and makes each cut feel smoother and more balanced.

Nothing complicated — just fixing something that didn’t need to be that way in the first place.

The Wood

Each handle is carved from solid hardwood, sourced locally whenever possible.

• Black Walnut
• Cherry

• White Oak

Every piece carries its own grain, tone, and character. No two knives will ever be identical.

• 304 stainless steel blade

• Finished with food-safe beeswax and mineral oil
